He was predeceased by: his father Charles Kreider; and his son Blair Kreider. He is survived by: his wife Beth Kreider; his mother Jane Kreider; his stepdaughters, Brittany Duncan (Steve) and Shannon Haas (Trent); his sister Kim Muhlenfeld (Bill); his granddaughters, Harper and Caroline; and his nephews, Ryan Muhlenfeld and Michael Muhlenfeld.
