Horne, Sr., Carrie E. Wheeler and Sara L. Fox; his sons-in-law, Timothy Wheeler and Wesley Fox; and his grandchildren, Robert M. Horne, Jr., Sawyer L. Horne, Paul M. Wheeler and Carter O. Wheeler.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care (495 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146).
