We are sad to announce that, on February 4, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Ruth Estella Cacicia of Severna Park, Maryland, born in Beaverdale, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Cacicia; her parents, Theodore Orr and Reith Orr (McGirk); her sisters, Jean Hafer, Mary Lou Hafer and Barbara Mardis; and her granddaughter Kelli Schramek.
She is survived by: her children, R. Scott Frazer (Chumita), David Frazer (Chris), Deborah Breakey (Forrest), Lois Schramek (Gary) and Daniel Frazer (Lisa); and her siblings, Donna Tvardzik and Ted Orr (Sue). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren.
