It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stefanie Carstens (Severna Park, Maryland), who passed away on February 17, 2023, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Jesse Carstens; her stepson Jace Carstens; her sister Rebecca Eller; and her parents, Heike Schmidt and Torsten Eller.
