It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Troy Ann Robbins (Severna Park, Maryland), born in Fairbanks, Alaska, who passed away on August 18, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph McCartan and Marie McCartan (Cooke); Michael and John. He is survived by: his husband Jerry Robbins of Pasadena; his stepson Dave Robbins (Tina) of Severna Park; his stepgranddaughter Michelle McGinn (Bob) of Pasadena; Ryan Robbins of Richmond, VA, Spencer, Sydney, Lilly, Ella, Anna, Regina, Linda and James.
