It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William J. Duncan (Severna Park, Maryland), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on January 7, 2026, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Duncan and James Duncan; and his brothers, James and Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, James Duncan (Wendy) and Elizabeth Duncan; his grandchildren, Addison and Megan; and his sister Arlette Szczepan (Roger).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Bill's honor to organizations they support: Heifer International, the USO and World Central Kitchen.
