He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludwig Klemens and Mathilda Klemens; his wife Agnes M. Klemens; and his brother Louis "Buddy" Klemens. He is survived by: his children, Michael W. Klemens (Ruthann) of Southport, NC, Monica L. Garvey (Paul) of Franklin, TN and Jennifer L. Klemens (Felix Lopez) of Severna Park, MD; his sister Eleanor Horchler of Springfield, VA; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Klemens, Rebecca Klemens and Alassane Diagne.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or Disabled American Veterans.
