We are sad to announce that, on May 17, 2023, at the age of 79, William Ostrowski (Severna Park, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stanley V. Ostrowski and Margaret Ostrowski; his wife Cecelia Ostrowski of Jacksonville Florida; his sons, William Ostrowski (Kay), Daniel Ostrowski (Dawn) of Arnold Maryland and Shane Ostrowski (Heather) of Arnold Maryland; and his siblings, Lonnie Kelly of Maryland, Janice Brands of Arizona and Stanley Ostrowski. He was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
