It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Robert Adams of Shady Side, Maryland, who passed away on March 13, 2026, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosie V. Adams, (Pickeral) and George C. Adams, Sr. (Bobby); his former wife Edna Louise Adams; and his brothers, George Adams, Jr. (Hilda), William Horace Adams and Samuel Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Lee Adams (Holt); his daughter Ellie Chester (Jack); his stepdaughters, Vickie Roundabush and Priscilla Larsen; his grandchildren, Jessica Toppi (Ethan Davis), Catherine Larson, Wyatt Chester, Brian Moretz (Nick), Katelin Drake (Ryan Dale) and Jonathon Chester (Susan Berio); his great grandchildren, Railey Dale, Kohen Dale, Kenna Fox, Bentley Berio, Brooklyn Berio and Hailee Berio; his sisters, Shirley Pickeral (Kenneth), Betty Welch and Susie Henson (Jerrell); and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Adams.
