He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Richard and Hazel Inez Gay (Knight); his brothers, Troy Gay and Larry Michael Gay; and his great-nephew Lauton Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Penny Marshall; his siblings, Cathy Moroz, Pat Miller and Ben Gay (Tammy); his sister-in-law Sue Gay; his siblings' children, Jessie Stine (Brian), Quentin Miller (Crystal) and Lane Gay; and his close friends, Mike French, Babe Exline and Jerry Gay.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sharpsburg Area Rescue, or Hospice of Washington County.
