She was predeceased by: her mother Frances Mae Houser; her husband Thomas Exline; her stepfather George Houser, Sr.; her brother Charles Allen; and her grandparents, Raymond Waters and Charlotte Allen.
She is survived by: her son Jeremy Exline of Sharpsburg, MD; and her siblings, Kathy Gay (Jerry) of Sharpsburg, MD, Peggy Ecton of Sharpsburg, MD, Gail Basford (Joe) of Keedysville, MD and George Houser, Jr. (Johanna) of Knoxville, MD. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
