He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Ray "Brandy" Sr. and Hattie Anna Elizabeth Crampton (Gray); his son Daryl Crampton; his siblings, Gilbert R. "Pete" Crampton, Jr., Lonnie E. "Mabel" Crampton, Betty L. Benner, Barbara E. Sword and Sandra F. Jamison; and his nephews, Jeffrey Benner and Todd Marshall.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian Crampton and Jeremy R. L. Crampton (Wendy); his grandsons, Dalton Crampton, Blake Crampton and Gage Crampton; and his sister Viola L. Marshall. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795). A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Mt. View Cemetery.
