He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cunningham and AnnaLee Thelma Burker (Hutzell); his grandson Brett Andrew Miller; and his great grandchild Isla Mae Jarman. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Burker (Gatrell); his children, Kelly J. Ingram (Steve) of Sharpsburg, MD, Tracy D. Longerbeam (Darin) of Boonsboro, MD, Brooke Tarmon (Roy) of Sharpsburg, MD, Mike L. Burker (Kelly) of Sharpsburg, MD and Brian "Potsey" Webber of Sharpsburg, MD; and his brothers, Ronald Burker, Robert Burker of Boonsboro, MD and Ellis "Duck" Burker of Sharpsburg, MD. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
