He is survived by: his wife Barbara D Pryor Harrell; his children, Heather L Hamilton (Bruce), Hamilton of Sharpsburg, MD and Travis W Harrell (Erin); his grandchildren, Emma, Elizabeth "Ellie" and Tanner Harrell; his sisters, Christine Davis of Sharpsburg, MD and Brenda Kimbrough of Sharpsburg, MD; and his close friends, Ernie Gray and Derrick McAllister.
