She was predeceased by: her parents, Josef Strauss and Anna Strauss. She is survived by: her husband Karl H. Mitterndorfer; her children, Sylvia (Charlie), Peter (Aeron) and Thomas (Allie); and her sisters, Veronika and Eva. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home (1331 Eastern Blvd N, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (1525 Oak Hill Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742).
