She was predeceased by : her parents, Mildred Vickers (Eskridge) and John A. Vickers; her husband Lynn W. Lankford; her grandparents, Annie and Curtis Vickers; her stepson Terry Scott Lankford; and her siblings, John Edward Vickers, Robert W. Vickers and Ruth Boyd.

She is survived by : her stepdaughter Jacqueline Lankford of Sharptown.
