She was predeceased by: her husband Jon E. Johnson; and her brothers, Richard and Michael Wade. She is survived by: her daughters, Sarah and Rachel; her sisters-in-law, Margie and Julia; her son-in-law Nick; and her siblings, Carolyn Simpson (J. C.), Cecelia Puglisi (Dennis), Stephen Wade (Mary) and David Wade. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
