He is survived by: his wife Jane Garland Yates; his siblings, Marc Yates (Stephanie) and Paige Baldwin (Kevin); his nieces, Megan Yates and Madisen Baldwin; his brothers-in-law, George Garland (Jacqui) and Thomas Garland; his stepson Richard James Weaver (Hannah); and his cousins, Suzanne Chilton (John) and Carole Chilton (Dina).
