We announce the death of Ardys Prasada-Rao (Silver Spring, Maryland), who passed away on October 19, 2026, at the age of 91. Ardys will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She is survived by: her significant other Thomas Prasada-Rao; her children, Dan (Windy), Patty and Polly (Mark); and her grandchildren, Alex, Zach (Alex), Caroline, Hannah and Maddy.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Southern Asian Seventh-Day Adventist Church (2001 E Randolph Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20904). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the George Washington Cemetery (9500 Riggs Rd, Adelphi, MD 20783).
