He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Jean Earls; his sons, Matthew Earls (Jessica) and Joseph Earls; and his grandchildren, Sunnie Williams, Andrew Earls, Brandon Davis, Matthew Earls, II, Emily Earls, Erica Earls and Edan Earls.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Andrew Apostle Catholic Church (11600 Kemp Mill Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20902). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew Apostle Catholic Church (11600 Kemp Mill Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20902).
