We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2025, at the age of 86, Denis J. Curtin Sr. of Silver Spring, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Denis Curtin and Helen Curtin. He is survived by: his sister Sister Joan Curtin; his children, Beth Boyle (Matt Boyle), Rosemary Dailey (James Dailey), Denis Curtin (Elizabeth Curtin) and Peter Curtin (Emily Curtin); his grandchildren, James Dailey, Molly Boyle, Charles Dailey, Jack Curtin, Kate Boyle, Lucille Dailey, Andrew Curtin, Joseph Dailey, Liam Curtin, Sarah Curtin, Finn Boyle, Rebecca Curtin and Nora Curtin; his nephew William Baroni Jr.; and his brother-in-law William Baroni Sr. (June Mulraz).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Church (15661 Norbeck Blvd, Silver Spring, MD 20906). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Catholic Charities.
