He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Dworkin and Morris Dworkin; and his siblings, Robert Dworkin and Rhoda Piatok Sage. He is survived by: his wife Judith; and his son Douglas. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

“Rest in peace my friend. I met Don in the late sixties at Xerox Washington Branch where we worked in Administration. Don was a salesperson before this role, so he knew all the ins and outs of being a distinguished salesperson that knew his job and did it well. I kept in touch with him, most recently with his wife, when he became ill. A good guy who helped others and was a friend. I only learned of his passing today, during the memorial service that was held this afternoon. Blessings”
