He is survived by: his sister Helen Acholonu Smith; his wife Irene Roberts; his sister-in-law Donna David (Edward); his children, Marcelle, Donald Jr. (Wanda), Gail (Neville) and Carole (Ronald); his grandchildren, Danielle (Derek), Matthew, Sharrone (James II), Marcus (Markia), Shayla (Rodney), Tynisha, Tiffany, Travis, Rodger and Andre (Elena); and his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Josiah, Eli, Nathaniel, Abigail, Marcus Jr., McKenzie, Michael, James III and Ezra. He is also survived by nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
