She is survived by: her husband William Hayden "Lefty" Burlingame Jr.; her daughter Teri Lynn Moscatelli (Steve); her granddaughters, Lauren Nguy, Melanie Wooldridge (Jeff), Christina Moscatelli and Stacey Burlingame; her sister Lena Mae Speorl; Ronnie Speorl and Sharon Sanchez (Joe).
