He was predeceased by: his sister Peggy Holweck; and his former wife Dora Mae Summers. He is survived by: his wife Betty Summers; his children, Harold (Nancy), Nancy (Donn) and James Summers (late JoAnne); his stepchildren, Gail and Jerry; and his grandchildren, Larry Summers, Laura Strand, Michael Spaid, Amy Blanchard, Mindy Szekely and Nicole Greenway. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and other loving family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Redland Baptist Church (6922 Muncaster Mill Rd, Derwood, MD 20855).
