She was predeceased by : her siblings, Teasy, George and Kingsley. She is survived by : her husband Guy Amirthanayagam; her children, Aruna, Indran, Revantha, David and Mareeni; her grandchildren, Ahilan, Easwari, Lola, Jenny, Rosie, Mishta, Sachin and Shobana; her siblings, Percy, Leslie, Cissy and Bupsy; her grandson Anandan; and her brother Revantha.

She tithed and gave a lot of her disposable income to the church and to charity.
