She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Woodburn and Beatrice Woodburn. She is survived by: her children, Jane Wise, Debbie Redding (Chesapeake MD), Rick Seligman (Rockville MD), Trish Wagoner and Marla Armstrong. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Collins Funeral Home (500 University Blvd W, Silver Spring, MD 20901). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
