Frances Louise Perkoski Obituary
We announce the death of Frances Louise Perkoski (Silver Spring, Maryland), who passed away on September 18, 2026, at the age of 91. Frances will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Horman and Mary Horman; her former husband James Edwards Sr.; her husband John Perkoski; her children, James Edwards Jr. (Lisa), Daniel Edwards and Joan Edwards; her grandchildren, Caitlyn, John, James, Thomas, Claire, Daniel, Katherine, Sarah, Emily, Hailey, Chase, Jacob, Katie and Danny; and her siblings, Rose Horman, Caroline Danaher, Babette Burke, Mary Strasser, Frederick Horman, Margaret Stoner, James Horman and Richard Horman.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Edwards (Charlotte), Kevin Edwards (Maria), Karen, John Edwards (Julie), Jean Clampitt (Jim) and Sharon Bell (Wyatt); her stepchildren, David Perkoski and Debra Bezold (John); and her brother Eugene Horman. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Church (15661 Norbeck Blvd, Silver Spring, MD 20906). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Fort Lincoln Cemetery (3401 Bladensburg Rd, Brentwood, MD 20722).
