He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Stephenson and Mary Stephenson (Sanzo). He is survived by: his significant other Rose Jaeger; his significant other's daughter Barb; his grandchildren, Rachael, Rebecca, Alex and Hannah; his sister Janice West (Bill McDonald); his nephews, Jeffrey West and Brian West (Joyce); his niece Vicky West; his great-niece Katy Deluca (Steve Deluca); Rob (Annie), Ryan and Connor. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (4101 Norbeck Rd, Rockville, MD 20853). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
