He is survived by: his wife Sue Carroll; his sons, Mike (Christine), Steve (Patti), Dennis (Denise) and John (Jenny); his grandchildren, Michael (Nicole), Katie (Burke), Will (Stephanie), Bridget, Luke, Lily, Patrick, Jack, Mae, Grace, Ryan, Henry, Livi and Gigi; and his great grandchildren, Jane and Thomas.
