With profound sadness, we say goodbye to George Galiachatos of Silver Spring, Maryland, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his wife Piye Galiachatos; and his parents, Erotokritos Galiachatos and Evanthia Galiachatos. He is survived by: his children, Eva Warburton (Edward), Ellen Miles (Russ), Georgia Grover (Patrick) and Eric Galiachatos (Nicole); his grandchildren, Andrew Justin "AJ" Galiachatos (Ali), Carissa Comrie (Curtis), Paige Rurka (Alexander), Hunter Warburton, Taylor Snyder (Conor), Jake Miles, Annie Warburton, Brynn Grover and Devin Galiachatos; his great grandchildren, Caysen, Lylah, Lumen and Coast; and his siblings, Andreas Galiatsatos, Panayiotis Galiatsatos and Tasoula Maratos. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church.
