She is survived by: her cousin Frances "Pigmeat" Clark; her husband Cecil Brown; her siblings, Emily Crawford and Clifton King; her children, Bernard Brown, Bernell Brown, Blake Brown, Bonita Bolden (Glen Bolden), Belinda Brown, Bryan Brown and Bridgett Brown; and her grandchildren, Lakeisha Brown, Nicole McConlogue, Rearnoldo Chandler, Jermone Brown, Reenita McRae, Nina Brown, Jacqueline Payne, Jenise Brown, Patrice Brown, Krislyn Payne, Brandon Brown, Teeleesia Martin-Diakite, Michael Byrd, Joel Byrd, Lauren Smith, Carmen Brown and Anastasia Miller. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Colesville United Methodist Church (52 Randolph Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20904). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (13801 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20906).
