She is survived by: her son Angelo; her daughter-in-law Nicki; her grandchildren, Chris (Angela), Demetrios (Irene) and Eleni Retzos; and her great grandchildren, Yianni, Alex, Angelo, William and Nikolas.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Saints Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church of Washington DC (721 Norwood Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20905). A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (13801 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20906).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Helen's memory to Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church of Washington, DC, 721 Norwood Road, Silver Spring, MD 20905.
