With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Irie Annette Rohan of Silver Spring, Maryland, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her daughter Claudine Allison; and her sisters, Nanette Bearden, Evelyn Jackson and Dorothe Dow. She is survived by: her children, Claudius Harris Jr., Irie Harris-Mitchell and Diedra Harris-Kelley; her grandchildren, Tiauna Coe, Claudius Harris, III, JamareHarris, Elleza Kelley and Idris Mitchell; her great grandchildren, Sarai, Crue and Cade; her sisters, Marie Rohan, Gloria, Dolores Rohan and Sheila Rohan; her niece Charlene Muhammad; and her friend Southern of California.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you donate to the Romare Bearden Foundation, the nonprofit founded by her sister Nanette Rohan Bearden, in memory of Irie Annette Rohan.
