She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ralph Weller and Grace Elizabeth Weller (Riley); her husband Dr. Lawrence Firster Blackburn; and her siblings, John W. Weller, Robert E. Weller, Max R. Weller, Betty Morningstar (Weller) and Paul Donald Weller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth H. Blackburn (Gary Steinberg) of Takoma Park, MD and Ruth E. Blackburn of Chelsea, MA; her grandchildren, Max Steinberg Blackburn and Raya Blackburn Steinberg; and her sister Anna Ruth Garner of James Creek, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in remembrance of Isabel M. (Weller) Blackburn be made to the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation, 4401 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15224.
