He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Schultheis and Mary Schultheis; and his brother-in-law G. Gordon Kissner. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Schultheis (Cathy); his daughters, Dr. Mary Beth Schultheis (Greg Maestas) and Margaret "Peggy" Nicholson; his friend Darcie Biancini; his grandchildren, Haley and Tyler Nicholson; his brother Robert B. Schultheis (Diane); his sister-in-law Nancy L. Kissner; his aunt Esther Schultheis; and his nieces and nephews, Robert Kissner, Thomas Kissner (Anne), Karen Locke (John), Jennifer Reinman (Matt), Leslie Steele (Mark) and Katherine Schultheis (James Waters). He is also survived by many cousins, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
