He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Harvey and Charlotte Harvey; and his sister Paula Harvey. He is survived by: his children, LeeAnne Lafin (Adam), Alison Howard (Andre) and Leslie Norman Harvey V; his grandchildren, Bradley, Hailey Lafin and Andrew Howard; his brother Lance Harvey (Nessi); and his nieces and nephews, Bobby, Johnny, Brittany Leach and Sarah Harvey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Roy W. Barber Funeral Home (21525 Laytonsville Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20882). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Parklawn Memorial Park (12800 Veirs Mill Rd, Rockville, MD 20853).
