Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (12319 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20904). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Lou was selected as ICDC Honoree of the Year for his contributions to the dance profession Washington DC. area.
