She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles and Mary; her brother Richard Talabay; and her daughter Ann Teresa Piety. She is survived by: her brother Charles Talabay (Chuck); her children, Philip John Piety, Timothy Francis Piety, Catherine Piety Keech and Charles Andrew Piety; her grandchildren, Aubrey Keech, Austin Keech, Melissa Keech Zuppa, Dustin Piety, Joshua Piety and Thomas Piety; and her great grandchild Josie Keech.
In lieu of flowers, Marilyn would probably want people to be active in politics, especially supporting Democratic and women candidates, and at the local level.
