As Miriam departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Miriam. Though Miriam may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lelia Dorothy and John Murray Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Minor Waldo Blake of Silver Spring; and her children, Jamie (Brenda) of Doylestown, PA, Melissa Miriam Rust (Michael) of Frederick, MD, Dorothy Allison (Joshua) of Worton, MD and Murray of Richmond, VA. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
