She was predeceased by: her husband Clark Collins; her daughter Tammy Myers; her granddaughter Christina Splaine; her parents, Sam Sparacino and Lee Sparacino; and her sister Marceline Holmes.
She is survived by: her son Samuel Splaine (Judy); her grandchildren, Ashley, Cara Leatherman (Levi) and Bradley A. Myers; her great grandchildren, Owen, Samantha, Chloe, Garrett and Gavin; and her niece Helen Holmes.
