He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frances O'Brien and Louise M. Knowles O'Brien; and his son Patrick Michael O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Norton O'Brien; and his sister Mary Lou Waugh (David). He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren and many beloved friends.
