She is survived by: her children, Vivan G. Vontress of Silver Spring, MD, Leslie J. Groves of Waldorf, MD and Raymond C. Groves, Jr. of Haymarket, VA. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wayland Blue Ridge Baptist Center (15044 Ryland Chapel Rd, Rixeyville, VA 22737). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery (705 View Town Rd, Amissville, VA 20106).
