He was predeceased by: his parents, Providenza Bonanno and Antonio Bonanno; and his siblings, Sara Hiers Payne and Tony Bonanno (Lynda). He is survived by: his wife Maggie Bonanno; his children, Angelina Bonanno Cornejo and Nino Bonanno; his stepchildren, Paul Nelson and April Bennett; his grandchildren, Kalya Bonanno, Chaz Cornejo, Niko Cornejo, Elijah Bonanno, Belicia Bonanno, Bianca Bonanno, Jacob Bonanno, Bella Bonanno, Dayne Nelson, Dylan Nelson, Paige Harris and Avlynn Bennett; and his great grandchild Wesley Rosencrantz.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church (11701 Clopper Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878).
