He was predeceased by: his siblings, Eileen Rohlfing (Ed) and Reverend Arnold DePorter; his parents, Walter and Amy; and his friend David Edmonds.
He is survived by: his siblings, Michael DePorter (Frances), Mary LaMontagne (Richard) and Helen DePorter Buonora (Bob).
Viewing will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Church (15661 Norbeck Blvd, Silver Spring, MD 20906). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (13801 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20906).
