Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Richard leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Stevens and Robert Stevens; and his son Neal Russell. He is survived by: his stepfather John White; his daughter Hilary Jean (Jeremy); and his wife Penny. He is also survived by two granddaughters, as well as his six sisters and two brothers.
