He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Dibble, and Eugene Dibble, Jr.; his sister Helen Dibble Cannaday; his brother-in-law Dr. Lawrence Cannaday; his brother Eugene Dibble III; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanette Campbell Dibble and Vernon Jordan.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sisters, Clarice Walker (George) and Ann Jordan; his grandchildren, Jennifer Ray Muir (Krishna), Veronica Ray and Charles Ray III; his great grandchildren, Kayla, Kadar, Kaden, Khisha Muir, Lebeyah, Titus Godo, Henry and Frank Biggs; and his great great grandchild Allanna Ray Muir. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
