Ruth E. Dayhoff MD Obituary

Dayhoff MD (Silver Spring, Maryland), who passed away on July 29, 2025 at the age of 73, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Vincent Brannigan; her daughters, Margaret Dayhoff-Brannigan and Eleanor Dayhoff-Brannigan; her grandchildren, Joshua Werfel, Samuel Werfel, Max Werfel, Lila Dahoff-Treadwell and Molly Dayhoff-Treadwell; her sons-in-law, Mark Treadwell and Julian Werfel; and her parents, Dr. Margaret Dayhoff and Dr. Edward Dayhoff.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Collins Funeral Home (500 University Blvd W, Silver Spring, MD 20901). A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Historic St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church Cemetery (9700 Rosensteel Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20902).
