Willoughby (Diane); her grandchildren, Branson Willoughby (Jen), Heather Peters (Joseph), Michael Willoughby (Kristen), Kristin Ruelas (Joey), Kelsie Meyers (Kyle), Rachel Willoughby and Tracey Thompson (Adam); her great grandchildren, Madison, Faith Peters, Ella, Jaxon Willoughby, Brady, Julian Willoughby, Charlotte Ruelas, Canaan, Maggie, Francis, Marion Meyers, Lakie and Will Thompson; her sister Juanita Terry; and her brother-in-law Roger Terry.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Collins Funeral Home (500 University Blvd W, Silver Spring, MD 20901). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
