He is survived by: his children, Susan Caroline and John Samuel (Annette); his granddaughters, Anna Rachelle (Justin Conaway) and Rebecca Leigh (Patrick Horgan); and his great grandchildren, Riley Grace Conaway, James Isaac Horgan and Ella Jane Horgan.
